The whole process for all the advice from my consultant and was therefore grateful of the briefing in advance of the {}. Nurses were discreet with overnight observation which helped with my sleeping at night which is a big plus. Room environment was good considering my concerns of being stuck in a single room for a lengthy period.

Extremely lovely and very helpful staff will make the experience a pleasant one however disappointed with the facilities on the bus as the sink in the toilet could not be used and the hand wash stand was broken have to be held by the staff. The facilities on the bus therefore need to be improved but please keep the staff!

Staff are very caring, polite and friendly whilst always professional. The try really hard to provide joined up care the scans being scheduled on hospital visit days etc. sometimes there are delays due to the multiple departments involved in care eg pharmacy or due to waiting for answers from the trial sponsors.
